We listen to what motivates and inspires them and help them to understand how they can use their skills to best effect in developing world environments.
We will identify potential assignment opportunities that address the real needs of quality partner organisations and help individual participants to decide which opportunity is right for them. We will also help individuals to prepare appropriately for their assignment, enabling them to adapt to the contrasting working environment and culture while ensuring that all the relevant logistical concerns are taken care of.
Our in-country staff provides peace of mind and a point of contact while individuals are on-assignment and our post-assignment process enables participants to share their experience with someone who understands while linking them to a network of other returned assignees.
While many participants are driven by the desire to contribute something positive during their time away, returned assignees are frequently surprised by just how much they have learnt through the experience.
