Outzone Experience

Outzone Experiences take talented people who are working for large organisations on one side of the world, prepare them thoroughly and send them to use their skills to help organisations on the other side of the world. When they come back (usually after a month or so) these talented people bring back what they've learnt from the experience to the organisation which employs them.

What an Outzone Experience means to you depends on who you are:

If you're a talented individual (Assignee) thinking of undertaking an Outzone Experience as part of your development it could quite possibly change your life

If you work for a large organisation (Adopter) headquartered in the developed world and are considering what Outzone Experiences can offer your company, you'll find that they:

  • provide an inspiring, innovative and powerful way to develop your people
  • make a positive contribution to the developing world
  • bring your organisation closer to some its strategic objectives

If you run a small-to-medium sized enterprise or Non Governmental Organisation in the developing world (Adoptee) you'll find that Outzone Experiences bring you access to the skills and expertise of talented people working for large organisations.

Outzone Experiences benefit Assignees, Adopters and Adoptees simultaneously. They also make a real difference to some of the poorest and most disadvantaged people in the world by increasing opportunities for people to help themselves.

Develop your people…develop your business…develop the world!
